Allen Counseling Group is a private practice in Westerville, Ohio that offers a personalized
approach to our clients’ particular needs in order to help them obtain the life they desire and
achieve their goals. We are excited to announce we now offer Telehealth Counseling services. Our owner, Stacy Allen, specializes in people struggling with the following:

Assessment
Every client is properly assessed in order to identify the presenting problem area/s, impaired level of functioning, and strengths that can be built upon.
Treatment Planning
A treatment plan will be used as a guide in meeting the specialized needs of every client.
Holistic Environment
Allen Counseling Group looks at the client from a mind, body, and spiritual perspective. Our environment is warm and inviting in order to make our clients feel safe and well taken care of.
Fees
Allen Counseling Group is private pay only. Insurance is not accepted for now, making it more comfortable for clients who do not want pre-existing conditions to be an issue for them in the future.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you fail to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the full amount of the session.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
We are required by law to immediately report suspected child abuse or elder abuse to the appropriate authorities. Threats of serious bodily harm to another person(s) will be notified to the police and the intended victim will be informed.
We will ensure the safety of clients who are likely to commit self-harm. In cases when the client is unable to cooperate, we will take further actions without their permission as mandated by law.
