Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee.

Your counseling information is confidential and protected by applicable privacy laws. Certain legal exceptions may require disclosure, including suspected abuse or neglect, immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or other situations required by law.

Allen Counseling Group, PLLC provides secure telehealth counseling services to clients throughout North Carolina and Ohio. We currently offer online services only and do not maintain a physical office location. Services are available to eligible clients across both states, including Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Summerfield, Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati.
